This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Indian Chess (the "App"), developed by Dragoster Studios (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), handles user information. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

The only technical data collected in connection with the App is the advertising-related data described in Section 5, which is collected by our advertising partner, Google, not by us.
Indian Chess does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any identifying information to play.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
This data never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us, and is not accessible to us in any form. Uninstalling the App removes all of it.
Indian Chess displays banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob to support free access to the game. To serve and measure these ads, Google AdMob may collect and process:
This data is collected and processed directly by Google under its own privacy policy, not stored by us. We do not receive or have access to this data ourselves. You can review how Google handles this data at policies.google.com/privacy and policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Tapping an ad will open third-party advertiser content outside the App, either in your browser or another app; we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
You can opt out of personalized advertising on Android via Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads on newer Android versions), where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization. This limits ad personalization but does not eliminate the technical data needed to deliver ads.
Beyond the ad-serving described in Section 5, we do not integrate any separate analytics or tracking services — including Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.
Core chess gameplay — playing against the AI or against another player on the same device — works entirely offline and requires no internet connection. An internet connection is required only to load and display ads; if you're offline, ads simply won't load and gameplay is unaffected.
The App contains a link to our other games on the Google Play Store via the "More Games" button, and displays ads that may link to third-party advertiser sites or apps as described in Section 5. These destinations have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their data practices.
Indian Chess is suitable for a general audience. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). However, because the App displays advertising through Google AdMob, standard (not child-directed) ads may be shown. If the App is being used by a child, we recommend a parent or guardian review Google's advertising and privacy practices linked in Section 5. Parents or guardians with concerns can contact us using the details in Section 15.
Indian Chess requests the following permissions, required for the App and its advertising to function:
We do not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, call logs, or location.
We do not collect or store any personal data on our own servers — there are none. All locally stored game data remains on your device under the protection of your device's operating system security. Advertising data collected by Google is secured under Google's own security practices.
We hold no personal data of yours, so there is nothing for us to provide, modify, or delete on our end — uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. For data processed by Google in connection with advertising (Section 5), you can exercise rights such as opting out of ad personalization or requesting information Google holds via your device's ad settings and Google's own privacy tools at myaccount.google.com.
If you are a resident of the European Union/EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, note that advertising-related data processing by Google may require your consent depending on your region; where applicable, please use your device and Google account settings to manage ad personalization.
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally, for example if we add new features or third-party services. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
