1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Indian Chess (the "App"), developed by Dragoster Studios (the "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), handles user information. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Indian Chess is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect any of the following:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, MAC address)
• Location data of any kind
• Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera data
• Account credentials or sign-in information
• Browsing history or app usage patterns
• Crash reports or diagnostic data
• Financial or payment information

3. No Account Required

Indian Chess does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any identifying information to play. All game progress and settings are stored locally on your device only.

4. Local Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

• Game settings (difficulty, sound preferences, timer choice)
• Current game state during play

This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or any third party. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data.

5. No Advertising

Indian Chess contains zero advertisements. We do not display banner ads, video ads, interstitial ads, or any other form of advertising. No advertising SDKs are integrated into the App.

6. No Analytics or Tracking

We do not use any analytics services, tracking tools, or third-party SDKs that monitor your behavior. Examples of services we do not use include (but are not limited to): Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or any similar service.

7. No Internet Connection Required

Indian Chess works entirely offline. The App does not make network requests, does not communicate with any servers, and does not require an internet connection to function.

8. Optional UPI Donations

The App includes an optional "Support the Developer" section that displays a UPI ID and QR code. If you choose to send a donation:

• The transaction is handled entirely by your chosen UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.), not by Indian Chess.
• We receive only what your UPI app reveals to a payee — typically the sender's UPI handle and the amount. We never see your bank details, card numbers, or other financial information.
• Donations are completely optional and unlock no additional features in the game.

9. Third-Party Links

The App contains a link to our other games on the Google Play Store via the "More Games" button. When you tap it, you are redirected to the Google Play Store, which has its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for Google's data practices.

10. Children's Privacy

Indian Chess is suitable for all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information from any user, we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) requirements regarding minors.

11. Permissions

Indian Chess requests no special permissions beyond standard app installation. We do not request access to:

• Camera, microphone, or photos
• Contacts or call logs
• Location services
• Storage (beyond the app's own sandbox)
• Network state

12. Data Security

Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no data to secure on our end. All game data remains on your device under the protection of your device's operating system security.

13. Your Rights

Because we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, modify, or delete. You have full control over the App's local data: simply uninstall the App to remove all of it from your device.

If you are a resident of the European Union (GDPR), California (CCPA), or any other jurisdiction with data protection laws, the principles in this policy already exceed the requirements: we are not a data controller or processor because we process no personal data.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
